SW WI | As of April 20, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has launched an online system for importers to apply for refunds of certain unconstitutional IEEPA (International Emergency Economic Powers Act) tariffs. This process is for businesses that paid these tariffs, not for direct rebate checks to consumers.
Any farmer would have a ein number or use SSI number for business. Any farmer which imported as the importer and paid a import fee I am sure can apply for rebate.
This is the way I read into it.
A consumer is SOL.
