Southern MN | Ag is obviously heavily subsidized. It is also true that anything the government is involved with has had basically double to triple the inflation rate of non subsidized sectors. Don’t know what that means moving forward exactly but for some reason with hindsight purchasing land has almost always made sense no matter how ridiculous it was at time purchases. This trend will probably continue while ag continues to be subsidized heavily. | |
