Most traffic here will run 5-10 km/hr over speed limit if conditions are decent and never get pulled over by law.
So when I get someone following too close I help them out by lowering my speed a bit so they have safer stopping distance if needed. That seems to encourage them to pass so I don't have to worry about them stopping in time if needed.
Is technology making us unsafe-- or safer ?
