So true. I've watched local farm families get very large and acquire a ton of land. The dads are still busting ass in their 70's and 80's and most of the kids are divorced or have a substance abuse problem. Running ragged and trying to collect every monopoly property has a price. That's the legacy of becoming a land barron. Not interested in that.
