IN555 - 4/19/2026 19:39 why would the next generation even be interested? Only because what they are going to be given and that seems like a very poor business model imo.
This business model is excellent for all other parties, if a handful of the next generation are so stupid that they put sweat blood and tears into the farm only to 40-50 years later have not been "given" a single square inch of anything.
