You can get gabapentin in at least 3 different strengths, 100, 300 and 600mg. I was maxed out at 6 600mg tablets each day. I lowered the dosage by 300 mg every other week until I was off it. My main complaint was pain in the balls of my feet. I still have that pain maybe slightly more but not enough to put up with the brain fog I had.
