Correct. One needs to live within one’s means also to acquire assets. It’s called investing not spending. Most have a serious spending problem.
Just watched a video where Rick Rule was stating this vary thing, he told about his early days and how he sees it. Found it to be spot on and interesting. So much so that I might just make my teenage kids watch it!
