Sask | Wealth in life is measured in assets, not cash. Once you and the kids both understand that, then you need not worry about what the kids will do with the farm when you are gone. They will make the right decisions on how they then advance their own life. They may sell some land and upgrade a house or invest the proceeds while also buying a new vehicle - so be it, that is their choice. People who don't understand the value of assets will sell assets and piss it away in ways you could not imagine. | |
