The adaptive cruise control on my vehicle, 2017 Highlander, is adjustable. We had the salesman set up the vehicle at maximum range. which I think is 4. Even a 1 setting would not allow the car to get to close. Plus the ACC only works when the cruise control is set. I would think that a road rager would not set the cruise control.
Is technology making us unsafe-- or safer ?
