I know the feeling, I am 4 th generation and previous generations didn't build any infrastructure. 20 yrs ago I started building from scratch and added livestock. Now I'm 50 and have 2 daughters and don't see anyone coming back. So now I wonder if it is time to quit building and coast on out, be done with livestock at 60 and just row crop into retirement
