+100 Erik. Agree 100% do same woth my son. He goes to bank meetings, tax appointments. Has his own checkbook since 10, buying his own cattle etc. Let them learn, let them be involved. Most enjoyment i have in my life is watching and working woth my son. We work together well. My dad and i did not. So this is very special to me.
