A pair of Ubiquiti 5AC NanoBeam or LiteBeams would be ideal for this situation. I have 6 point-to-point links using their equipment. First set was installed in 2017 and is still running fine.
I have a pair of PowerBeams on a link that is 5.5 miles. Just ran a ping test across it, looks like that link adds about 4-7 ms of latency.
