It's most likely to be what tedbear described. However, it may be as simple as that pipe around your spring bolt. That wears in one spot. Im rebuilding mine right now. Just flipping the pipe over in my case (its not worn nearly bad enough to get hung up with that spring). Take one apart. It will be evident.
