“THEY”…have better lawyers than we do…
“THEY” have written the contracts we have signed, to either buy product or sell them ours…
I’m pretty sure the language of the contract favors them, without even reading your contract.
I love the idea of Force Majeure, for ourselves, only if that was used against us…..but in reality, easier said than done.
