Fairbury, NE (Southeast)		3000 acre Illinois farm say all corn...

250 aph $4 corn, 3 mil a year that has to find a home.

Vs a mid sized western dryland farmer who might have 500k or 1.5 million gross depending on how much it rains in a three week window.

Differences, H20 and subsequently RE cost.

These surveys are an average of vastly different operations. Not much value in my opinion.
