But his point stands, farmers always spend the “extra” somewhere on equipment, living, or buying more land to point they always say “we aren’t making any money”.
Edit: a better gauge would maybe be is anyone losing net worth after paying themselves a living consistent wage? Is your balance sheet actually going backwards or did you “not make money” while paying off 150k in debt?
