Iowa | Like I said, it depends how you figure it. If you figure yearly expenses to income I bet I come out on top of most of the producers here, but it's only because of the amount of equity built up from multiple generations with the same goal. Some years I've made 40k profit and other years close to 400k. But if you really think about it I could probably life a "better/easier" life if I sold it all and invested the money. | |
