If it is all about policies ,and "stupid little remarks or actions" mean zilch, what problem do you have with JD or Marco enforcing these policies? If they were not "totally on his same page" they would be long gone like other ones. I am not the one who decides who goes where, but his thoughts and actions he put out on Truth Social is not one I would've taken for my goal to be heaven.
