North west MN | I think most planned way less wheat this year before the fertilizer and fuel went up. Some Guys that normally plant alot of wheat are not planting an acre this year and are tired of being screwed on basis protien and other discounts . Now with the late spring even those that were planning on spring wheat might rethink. Very wet here frost isn't out so water standing and forecast says 4 weeks of below normal temps. | |
