| Iran has used the starting point of listing the uranium supplies as a starting point for negotiations. They were willing to dilute the uranium in order to gain concessions in negotiations before the war. This has been a starting point with previous negotiators from the USA. The problem that occurred is that those who will familiar with Iran negotiation process were fired and replaced with Israel lover Witkoff. He either misunderstood Irans posturing for negotiations, or was wanting any reason to escalate tensions to please Israel, or was completely unqualified. | |
