Trump is tight with the Saudis. The Saudis may have had something to do with this also. The Saudis and Iran have been at odds with each other for number years. The Houthis in Yemen are supported by Iran. So it may not just be Israel. I don't know the answer just trying to look at the whole picture.
Trump family business has alot going on in the middle east also.
