My initial thought is this is good for farmers if it were mandated.
Soybean demand goes way up, and reality is corn yields come down some.
Gives a demand market for beans and a tighter supply for corn.
One of the YouTube farmers, Rocky Mountain potato guy, just unloaded a bunker of excess potatoes and spread for fertilizer. Was worth more as fert than as a food. So it does happen, using crops as a fertilizer.
