What he wants is 100 percent of vessels to be able to go both ways. You can’t let Iran use extortion and pick and choose which ships get through. Trump said when it’s safe for ALL vessels to move freely it will reopen. Since it’s Iran that’s stopping that, it is their fault it’s closed.
