Do you have pictures of both styles that you have side x side??? I have put the new style on a couple headers (Agco 5200, CIH 3020 and Honey Bee 4045 and old grainbelt units) and they worked perfectly.
Those rollers do work as intended, but the service life of them is barely a season that we have found.
