Also inform them that it's better to just deed all their property to me now avoid..... well I'm not sure about that, but it's best to get it done right away. I'm sure Jon will have links and cut/pastes of information that supports giving your land to me.

Frankly I never expected to expand my farm this way but to quote Robo Cop "good business is where you find it".
