When screw worm makes it into the US, and they open the boarder to Mexican cattle, the numbers crossing will be low.
We have cut off the boarder for 18 months. Those cattle are now getting fattened and slaughtered in Mexico. It will remain this way due to labor cost and a structural change in the cattle feeding industry.
