300 acres? don't waste any money on what your brain can do for free. for a monitor all you need is a seed flow only.
go to case and buy enough TRAILING opener blades and put them on your row units. you will not have any more trouble with penetration in notill. this effectively doubles your downpressure on the larger opener.
