You said you struggle to get yield unless the ground is worked but you want to no till.
Fix whatever's wrong with the soil. Very good chance the soil is compacting. For whatever reason you need to do the tillage you have to fix that before you remove the tillage otherwise the no-till will not be successful.
You don't have a planter problem you have a getting your soils to meet your goal problem
