Commercial square footage that came with a shopping complex. We renovated parts into a main church building for one campus and the other is rented out.
We are in the middle of doing that with a second location. That one has commercial footage, an outbuilding being rented by a bank, and one corner of parking lot has a commercial ice machine. Thanks, I remember reading about your Church doing that in a paystar thread I believe. |
