I don't know the capacity of ethanol production, but I don't think we have enough production for 30%.

I'm sure we don't but even if you made E30 widely available tomorrow the actual amount sold would be far less than that for a long time. At least until consumers grew comfortable with higher blends.

E85 is a thing you know...
