You can export GPS out of a vector pro. Take a look at the pinouts for Tx and Rx on port B:

https://lefebure.com/documentation/cnh-vector-pro/

I do not know via pro1200 what settings are available for changing serial port settings. I do know that you can connect to vector pro using a laptop and Lefbure program Novatel Config:

https://lefebure.com/software/novatelconfig/

Internally the vector pro uses Novatel GPS, that is why the Lefbure program can be used to connect to the vector pro and make changes to the serial ports.

If it were me I would make a custom cable and use Lefbure program to set up the NMEA strings and then connect to Ag Leader.

How are you connecting vector pro to RTK? Are you using cellular modem? radio? etc? Whatever port you connect Ag Leader to (port 1 or 2) ,just make sure it is not the port your radio/cell modem is connected to if you are using external correction inputs.
