Work the ground when conditions are fit, not when it’s wet to air it out so you can plant the next day. Something that will manage residue in the row. I dont want the ground rough causing the planter units to bounce. Stale seed bed helps with residue hair pinning and more uniform moisture.
We don’t have a VT but would like to try one. We use a cultivator.
