I remember all the things I don't need to and struggle remembering the things I should, LOL.
We had friends in Bonaire from Copenhagen that treated us to some gawd awful fish that was supposed to be traditional. Followed immediately by a shot of snaps with each bite. It was an experience we were grateful for once hopefully to never be repeated again. :-)
