I am using a GS2 with JD rate controller to control a raven PWM valve for liquid fertilizer application. It will only control the rate within a very small window. Ex. speed fluctuation of less that .5 mph. The pressure remains the same even if I slow down to half speed. I can however, go to the control valve test and manually operate the + and - buttons and get about 30 psi variation, so the valve does work and the controller can adjust it. It just won't operate the valve aggressively during normal operation. Also, I have removed the valve and inspected. It seems to slide back and forth easily.

I've tried different settings in the pwm setup to no avail. Here is where it started at.

High Limit: 193 Tried higher number
Low Limit: 100 Tried lower number
