Holly Hill, SC | The reverse sensor on the 4730 is made into the hydro handle. With the machine shut off, push the handle forward and look in the slot for reverse. Two plastic cams with a micro switch riding on the cam. One for forward and one for reverse. Spray some WD-40 on it with a straw and try to work the micro switch with your finger. On your monitor (I still use a 2600 monitor) you can view the switch positions under tractor, wrench, i think readings, armrest. There should be a reading for the switches showing forward and reverse On/Off. You can check this to see if your switches are working properly.
On a different note, my newer 408R sprayer had similar issues after starting up showing the map sideways and as I sprayed the sprayer image was at 45 degrees. After 300 yards it fixed itself. First time I have seen this on this sprayer. It was running 2 hours before and was located in an open field versus under shed with no GPS.
