Down in the thread about gall bladder issues I made a statement disparaging the low fat craze that has been happening the last 50 years.

My wife and I read some books by him just over 50 years ago. Fascinating reading - especially as we had been hiking and floating rivers in that country during the previous summers.
As you can see in that link, there are still people trying to disparage what he did. |
