I must be extremely stupid…
I’ve got a notebook with my chicken scratching handwriting numbers and do the math in my head.
FIN BIN…..my god….
Weather you use your head or a computer why are my numbers so hard to believe?
I don't understand your melodramatic " my God" statement. Its simply just an accounting software from the university of Minnesota.
Yep do all the same number crunching in my head as well, but to put it in a format that I can simply email to the accountant or the banker and they understand it because it's in their language is rather nice and convenient.
It's a very nice tool.
I don't have depreciation, taxes, management fees, office expenses , interest paid for the year...in my head at all times.
I'm just trying to do a real good job with my finances.
