No I am familiar with both. But if you want to go ahead. Someone else might benefit.

We keep vitamin C on hand but generally only take it if we get sick or feel a cold coming on. Supposedly the body uses up vitamin C when a person is sick so the extra helps in time of need.

Wife uses 85% chocolate in small amounts in our low carb desserts and we have a container of Cocoa powder next to our coffee stuff we will add to a coffee several times a week. My wife loves chocolate so the cocoa powder tastes good in the coffee for us even though it is bitter. We usually add a teaspoon of glycine which is sweet and takes some of the bitter out. Glycine is an essential amino acid and does not raise my blood sugar.
