Wife uses 85% chocolate in small amounts in our low carb desserts and we have a container of Cocoa powder next to our coffee stuff we will add to a coffee several times a week. My wife loves chocolate so the cocoa powder tastes good in the coffee for us even though it is bitter. We usually add a teaspoon of glycine which is sweet and takes some of the bitter out. Glycine is an essential amino acid and does not raise my blood sugar.
