That's going to be a tough one to fix structurally. Most of the serious repair options are going to want to pin the repair to the existing by drilling holes and epoxy in rebar. With the huge rocks in that picture and how much open space there is I don't know if you could even drill into it without busting it all apart.

Best solution might be cosmetic but you'll have to remove as much loose material as you can, throw some fiberboard up around that curve for a form then prep/wet the surface and pour a concrete repair mix/grout over the top. There are a few brands that specialize in these products and most have multi step processes and multiple products you mix up to suit the application. Sika is a pretty big name but I would think any local big box or hardware store would have some options, doesn't look like you need a whole lot.

You definitely want to do something to keep the moisture out of the remaining concrete, I would assume wherever you are in Michigan would have freeze-thaw cycles that will continue to degrade that foundation if left exposed.
