NW Illinois | Here are some things to try. This is just doing a google search.
If your EZ-Guide 500 display won't turn on, first verify the power source and check the power cable for damage. Next, check the inline fuse on the power cable. Ensure the connector is fully seated. Try hard-resetting by holding down the I, II, and III buttons simultaneously during startup.

Key Troubleshooting Steps:
Check Power Source: Ensure the wall outlet or battery source is active.
Check Fuse: Inspect the inline fuse on the power cable; a blown fuse will prevent power from reaching the display.
Check Wiring & Connections: A loose or broken connection between the display and the power source is a common issue.
Perform a Hard Reset: Hold down the I, II, and III buttons simultaneously as the display boots up.
Voltage Issue: The unit may require direct battery power for consistent operation.
If the unit still doesn't power on, there may be an internal issue requiring service. | |
