My question is there a tax on equipment bought at a North Dakota auction if the buyer is out of state? I've never ventured that far so unfamiliar with what might have to be figured in the cost. Would it make any difference between Washington or Montana as I have property in both states. Thanks.
Read the terms of the auction. Steffes and proxibid usually state how it works.
In person I doubt tax is charged. |
