S Illinois		So what metrics are you using to make decisions regarding what leadership is doing? “I don’t know” cuts both ways.

Edit: What we do know. The Strait isn’t open, oil is much higher than it was 2 months ago. Prior statements made by Trump were patently false so anything he says should be held to the same standard.
