-300,000. Income tax
- 40,000 real estate tax
660,000 net
÷ 20,000/acre= 33 acres purchasing funds per year.
Now how many guys do you know that own 2000 free and clear?
So, I'm still failing to see how you buy much land off of rental income of 1 1/2%.
