Croswell, Michigan | I have a similar situation. I took a chipping hammer and got all the loose stuff gone. Then I bought a couple bags of sand mix Quickcrete and troweled it on, I think I had it going down the side in one spot and just used some thick cardboard to form it in place until it dried. This was probably 8-10 years ago and it is holding up okay. I have more spots to do in that bin again that I will try to get to this summer.
