| 300ish acres auctioned last Tuesday. Best tract 80 acres 10.5, woods 35 acres around 8500/ and the rest was 7k-ish. Hammer dropped-no sale.
Tract 1 was the best by far and other tillable was somewhat rougher.
All numbers were off highs in recent years.
Land was owned by the local retirement community for decades. Possibly considering accepting bid on woods and tract 1.
