deep SW On. | Here , like others said ,crop prices have little bearing on land sales. Lots of old ,established farms and farmers who have sold for development,ect. My niece & nephew inherited there Family farm. Sold first chunk to greenhouse grower next door for $72 k cdn. acre cash
I don't like it but nothing for sale less than $20k , $500 acre/yr. profit that's 40 yrs. + taxes/interest | |
