Looking at the Operator's Manual, sweet corn uses the standard A92777 corn bowl with (32) 4.35 mm holes.

Sunflowers shows bowl A95896 which has (16) 3.6 mm holes.

If it were me, I'd try using the corn bowls for sunflowers, the meters will just turn slower for the lower population.
