Around here they keep getting higher. I don't think commodity prices have anything to do with land prices anymore.
That’s because the the govt keeps throwing out farm subsidy $’s like it’s parade candy.
Farmers need to be allowed to lose money with current land prices and go broke.
If no one is allowed to lose money land rents and prices will continue to climb in spite of grain prices.
We (the US taxpayers) need to quit rewarding stupidity.
