On my top dry bin the foundation was going bad
chiseled the footing out 6 feet then skipped 6 feet
added a foot from the steel wall ,some of the new ended up under the wall sheets
seems like there was some piss poor stuff poured 25 years ago
the approach on the 1952 garage is like new even with salt on it
word is that the truck might not have been empty before the next load was added
