Anything sub $40 an hour per person and they are not getting rich.
If they pay $20 an hour, plus another 10 in taxes and benefits, that does not leave a lot for supplies and infrastructure.
It makes their bid look better and encourages bigger loads.
Most just subtract the grading charge from the bid to even things out.
There is a lot of difference in grades on beans.
I can have beans grade any where from .01 fm to 5% fm and it is the same sample. | |
